It appears the SWA was shut down due to budget cuts, and deprived of their anti-growth drugs the girls were finally permitted to become adults. Unfortunately, Rico was hooked on the conditioning, and became a junkie, which is what we see here.

It's obviously Petriela, a failed experiment to combine the two opposing factions of the fanbase.

The girl after him is also from Touhou. Then another girl I don't know followed by a Summon Night character. Then a weird guy in a red suit (no idea on this one either). I too would very much like Claes's backstory. Without launching yet another war against Petra, Petra was given a ridiculously long chunk of time in the spotlight while we have characters like Claes who's backstories haven't even been explored. Claes isin't my favorite character but she's up there on my list and she certainly deserves better than this.

Those quiet moments are actually my favorite parts, title be damned. I actually have a problem with the title as of late. Seems like GSG is getting a lot of flack for what people assume the series to be about from the title: gunslinging, action, and fanservice apparently. All of which are in supply from levels of little to none. People should know that anime/manga titles originally in English are invented by creators whose primarily language is not English. If we're basing what we think an anime/manga is about from the title, Bleach is presumably a series about doing laundry.

In an interview in Shonen Jump Magazine, Tite Kubo revealed the reasoning behind Bleach's title:
The title wasn't Bleach when Tite Kubo decided to draw a story about Shinigami. This was before he drew the one-shot manga that appeared in Akamaru Jump. The weapon wasn't a sword, but a scythe. Only Rukia had a scythe and the other characters used guns. At that point, the title was Snipe (as in "Sniper"). Right before he started drawing, he began to think that a sword would be better and realized he couldn't use Snipe as a title anymore. He began looking for a title that grasped the bigger picture. Shinigami are associated with the color black, but it would have been boring to use "black". "White", on the other hand, can suggest black as a complementary color. So Tite Kubo chose "bleach" to evoke the impression of the color white.

There seems to be an attitude n this site that Yu is secretive, but I really don't see that. According to his Jewelbox page he attends the conventions in Japan...he posts on Twitter...he's done interviews. It's just that he does not address his non-Japanese audience.
