Thanks a lot guys. I'm glad you liked it, and could feel emotion from it.

During the critique my teacher barely said anything. All he said was that he liked how there was never a still moment, meaning how the lines always moved. He asked if anyone in the class has anything to say and there was silence.

I was disheartened and upset that no one, not even my teacher had one thing to say about the animation itself, while he said a lot about other people's work. Months of effort went into that final for no feedback. :/ I spoke to my mom about it and she said because my piece was so personal and moving, sometimes it's hard to find words. Maybe she's right... But i still would have wanted some feedback, even if it was point out a flaw.

Here is my special effects final. I had fun with it. I hope you like it.

Honestly, I think she's right. If I didn't know you reasonably well, and what you've been through recently, I doubt I would have said anything.

It would have just felt like I was trying to say something for the sake of saying something, I wouldn't have had the words to describe how that really affected me. Actually, I still don't, but at least I'm comfortable enough with you to be able to say that, and to completely fail in my attempt to describe it sweat
