can anybody help me ? i found a site called triela.com that appears to be under construction does anyone know the purpose of this site or who is making it

All I know is that it’s been ‘under construction’ for the last 5 years.

The domain is currently owned by Yuuki Yoshizawa - someone from Osaka. What he or she plans to do with it is beyond me. Yoshi has had the domain for nearly six years so I don't expect to see any changes any time soon. See here and here and here for details.

This will get you started on the basics. It's an old site, but html hasn't exactly changed that much over the years. I learned how to make websites from that site back when I was in junior high.

What about good old notepad? I remember back in the day we had to do frames by entering the code by hand. And Flash and Javascript were but figments of the imagination!

That is how I still do it even with the java/javascript and flash!
