To get back on the subject, heres a picture of me during wrestling practice a year or two ago. I'm the one on all fours with my head sticking up and with the sweats. Me and my partner were suppose to be during drills, but I was tired that day and my partner didn't feel like coming to pratice either, so we were slacking off and my coach took this picture to prove his point that if we are slacking off he'll catch us and his point was well proven.

Hmm I know I'm necro posting but I couldn't help myself. A few comments.

1) West Nile - Sweet medals. Fencing rocks. Wish I knew how.
2) Triela - That lightsaber brings out the super-geek in me. I want one...*looks into getting one*
3) LoC - Nice sword as well.
4) As to the post above this one - I always sucked at wrestling, I went the way of basketball.

...There are an awful lot of swords in this post isn't there?...

the master sword i bought cost me 5 bucks its like 4 feet long or some thing more like a master claymore

Do you have ANY idea how long I've been wanting a Master Sword!? Did you get it off ebay? Is it nice?

yeah its pretty nice ....shiny? well my friend got it from a store next to a store that sells bongs then a year later at church bought it off him for 5 bucks all i know about it really is that the company logo looks just almost like a swatchtaca i think i saw one in a Animagination store once but i think your best bet for finding one is at a cutlery store or one of those privately owned shops or maybe even a fleamarket.

legolas knives eh i made 2 pairs a couple years ago but i sold them got a good price for them too got 50 bucks for one pair and gave the other as a present

found the master sword replica, finally. the hilt is so brightly painted that it looks plastic, but it claims to be the real deal in 440 stainless steel. $40, too... so not exactly a combat-worthy piece like my heron mark, but at a tenth the price.

yep thats the one ive got the handle is indeed metal and has lether wraped around it but the blade is rather floppy so it wouldnt do sh*t in battle but a little time in the forge would fix that.

so anyway, I was at one of those curious little shops that sells swords, fantasy-related and science-related stuff (from fairy-shaped incense burners to microscopes, dragon sculptures to prehistoric plant seeding kits)...
and I came by a sword that I thought would make the greatest anti-zombie weapon ever conceived. A SHARPENED STEEL CRICKET BAT!.
also, I thought the runes drawn on it looked kinda cool, in an Arabic-esque sorta way.

...turns out it's the sword from Ultraviolet.

But oh well, it's still pretty awesome. I mean, SHARPENED STEEL CRICKET BAT!!!

also, it was only $39, and it's decent enough steel to use as a machete (especially since the handle is just bolted on slats of hardwood under leather wrapping, all over full-width steel, rather than a narrow tang).

That looks like a Pouwhenua which is a great zombie weapon !!(wepon) thats a nice steel spin on old african wooded things. a steel cricket bat would be awesome do they make aluminum cricket bats? i would go shawn of the dead all over the place
