Which of these options would you say is the more appropriate way to respond to the following piece of artwork from the Full Metal Panic manga (I think it's supposed to be chapter art or something)?

Part of me wants to puke. The other part wants to go "daww" and give little Kaname a hug. I think I'm leaning toward the cute side, but stuff like this often puts me in a weird juxtaposition.
