A very fine work indeed. I'll admit that on my first glance at seeing Reo, with one of her eyes exposed and the other fully obscured by her hair, I thought she was a cyclops. Nevertheless, you show a good amount of detail in her features and shading, which I like.

Hmm... just thinking of it, I wonder what she'd look like if we were actually looking at her head on, as in looking at her looking at us through the scope on her rifle. Or, for a double challenge, "us" (or an OC of yours) aiming at Reo through her scope as Reo aims back at her.

After thinking much with consideration, i decide that ; against all my wisdom, decide to start a paid-commission drawing so that i could buy the figurine that i want (it's a secret to what i will buy, but i need cash somehow)

when i asked a friend if he could draw me-self in a female version, he made the rough sketching of this-


so i used that sketch under his permission and voila-

Looking good, man. Motion blur is clever. Figure shading is nicely detailed, but she still looks sort of pasted onto the background: the shadows and lighting don't match up. I don't suppose that's going to change until you get some hardware capable of letting you draw backgrounds for your characters.

it' not only a software upgrade that i will need, but entirely new computer with high-end RAM (at least 4gig minimum) for that

You might want to consider making the weapon a hue or two lighter it could be my display, but I don't see the detail very clearly, and I know you put a lot of effort into detailing them.

i'm not a pro when it comes to photoshop, and i was doing this drawing for my new wallpaper. So i started drawing it from scratch with some minor correction, so yeah... it's not entirely my drawing at all, i just used the drawing as a guide to "reverse-engineer" it.

So far regarding this drawing, this is the time where you could say "this drawing is a trash for copying the original"

I was just telling TK the source of the original drawing because he said the gun was too dark and hard to see. I don't think he knew that someone else is the one who drew it.
