The fact that there really are SW video games fills me with no joy and means absolutely nothing, in light of how there are apparently no English versions for the international market. Japan really needs to grow a sense of altruism.

I found the picture between iDOLM@STER and Strike Witches. It called, iDOLM@STER Witches. This mecha musume are inspired by Ace Combat 6. However, I lost this picture when my Mozilla Firefox is crash.

Whats with the male characters in the pic. Commanding officers? Conventional pilots who can take down Neuroi because they're just that good?

The guy in the foreground looks like a commanding officer type to me. As for the other chap, he seems young enough that he could be a frontline fighter. It would be interesting to see how a conventional pilot would view the Witches. I imagine there might be a lot of resentment that the Witches have sort of supplanted them.

I'm all for male characters showing up to break the tides of estrogen (if you haven't found out by now, I greatly lament the virtual dearth of strong male characters in anime today). If the unthinkable happened and 'Strike Warlocks' showed up to fight alongside the Witches, I'd support that move one hundred percent.

Yeah, that's one reason why I'd think the "Badass Normal" conventional pilot would go down better. Although that might not go down to well with fans of the yuri relationships in the series. Although, Minna was confirmed to have had a heterosexual relationship at one point, even if she has since become rather cynical about the whole thing.

Personally, I see them actually dressing in tasteful shorts or something. If there is going to be this addition of men, I see the more likely option of them being shirtless (maybe their striker units are of a different design, or something?

That's what rational people would say, but we all know how hardcore otaku can be. In my opinion, admittedly this is from only having watched the first season, not all of them have shown signs of being lesbians. There are Sanya and Eila, and Yoshika and Lynnette. Apparently Yoshika and Luchinni both have a one-sided interest in Shirley and there is of course Perrine's one-sided interest in Sakamoto. Apart from that, the German Karlslander witches (with the possible exception of pantsu-stealing Erica) could go either way, and as for Minna, she is confirmed to have been in a heterosexual relationship at one point, however pessimistic she has become about said relationship.

Well, if you can't beet 'em, join 'em, right? Still doesn't have the same righ to it, though. I mean, those who have seen the Japanese version of the show remeber of the pronounced Strike Witches (Strike-ah V-itchs), Band of Witches would keep the same amount of syllables where as Coven of Witches adds and extra syllable, thus making it sound different... I forgot where I was going with this .

Wierd how 603's were "Not available in quantity" for the 152 but was supplied in enough numbers to allow the production of the Do-335 which used two of them.
