Kitchen Wars
Based on the idea here: The Late Night kitchen Raid
So... figured we could get a few hungry cyborgs and send them on a desperate mission to catch a meal...without getting caught of course.
TSM gave me the idea with his review of said story above:
So...uhh anyone game?

Heh. I'm imagining a trio of hungry girls - Sierra, Bice, and Ayden - staging a 'Madagascar Penguins'-style op and carrying off armloads of snacks to stash in their rooms.
So...uhh anyone game?

We could use Caterina to mess with the lights and CCTV.... *nodnod* while not trying to get caught by James....

Re: Kitchen Wars
Actually, that typo is accurate. I'm pretty sure Caterina would have reservations.

For inspiration, you might try this little fic by often-absent member Bob Frazer.

Mario Bossi would make a better handler than Marco Toni. Come to think of it, so would Christiano.
.
Elizaveta didn't jump - she was pushed.
.
Sofia was pregnant. It would have been a boy.
.
John Doe faked his own death - twice.
.
Enrica taught Jose everything he knows about the night sky.

Re: Kitchen Wars
So moving ahead....
I'm assuming ID is game for this, anyone else?
It'll just be for forum shenanigans, ones I feel would be hilarious!
Also TSM, thanks for the link to that, it was great!

Hmm. Jim's not really the hungry one, per se...
but I know Jamiebel loves to eat every now and then. I'm in.

Well I've done enough Carbon Fiber Chef stories so I expect I can contribute effectively.

Re: Kitchen Wars
Yes! More people!
Alrighty, so I'm thinking we handle it similar to Chalet Shenanigans, though a more RB approach may work. I'm fine with either. Input on format?
Cannon cyborgs are free game as usual. Going with assumptions that
A) There is some sort of night watch/security
B) CCTV is a thing
C) We have many hungry cyborgs
Reason for C that springs to mind is perhaps a mission or training session that made the cyborgs miss dinner. So, snack time is a must for hungry mechanical girls. Any other ideas are fine as well.
I also figure this would happen more than once, so that should be fun.

Re: Kitchen Wars
I propose the following, non-exhaustive, list as well:
1) A writer may elaborate on cause and effect if their character(s) conduct any action that will not have a direct effect on other characters or the narration of the story.
2) If a character has an action done upon them, by another character or by an in-story event, it is up to the author of that character to write the reaction of the character. At NO POINT is Writer A allowed to take control of Writer B's character without a parenthetical note at the bottom of Writer B's post.
3) Reactions of characters ought to be limited in both scope and magnitude. For example, the response to Henrietta dropping a pan ought not to be getting shot in the eye. Alternatively, getting shot at with a P90 should not result in Matrix-style dodging action.
4) Writers ought to make every attempt to write actions and behaviours that logically follow for the scene and the plot. It makes very little sense for two cyborgs to suddenly begin having sex on the kitchen floor, for example.
