Hi folks! After being nothing more than a mere lurker hiding in the proverbial shadows for way too long, I finally found the time and gumption to register and join the fun here. There are just too many great discussions to miss out on and not contribute my opinion on, however ill-informed they might be.  But, actually, it's great to actually be here for real now. Maybe I'll actually have something for you all to read as well, but let's not hold our breaths just yet. That's for later.   

(Oh, and I think this is the time I should get my pen and signing arm ready. Triplicate, right?)

Hello! Welcome indeed to the madhouse. Now, since some of our members are resting, I'll have to bring in the forms. (brings a huge stack of papers, slams them on the desk) I believe you know the drill, and yes, in triplicate, so go ahead!

Hi! Well, it was a combination of lack of time, inertia, and feeling that I didn't really have too much of value to add to the ongoing conversations. But, I managed to overcome two of the three stumbling blocks, so here I am!

Please keep in mind section 3 of the revised Staff Training and Guidance Manual, section 3 title 44 paragraph 7 states that:

"Caffeinated or sugary product, drink or otherwise similar consumable item must be kept at least 200 Meters away from the cyborgs unless said she/he is with their handler. Any and all damages caused due to failure to adhere to this rule will result in the agent, whom failed to adhere, paying for any and all damages to facilities or personal."

You'll also need to sign the no liability contract, just in case. Also, background checks came back okay, so that's good.

Welcome. I think medical has recently implemented a Voight-Kampff testing requirement. You're sure to pass, but in the event you don't, you do have your Powers of Attorney set up, yes?

Hi to everyone else as well! I'll be sure not to accidentally lead any of the cyborgs to my secret sugar donut stash. I have a feeling my insurance would not be nearly enough to cover the damage. Or any insurance, for that matter. Especially if it's Rico; I've heard stories about that crazy little one. Beyond that, I'm fairly sure the girls are the only cyborg-like creatures in this little neck of the woods... I think.

She's would need a few more years before being eligible for her license to ride or drive pretty much anything, but I won't lie and say that as soon as I came up with the name Valentina for my cyborg that Valentino Rossi didn't immediately come to mind. Thus her last name. That, and Valentino Fisichella just sounded weird.
