Wow... that ended up being a bit longer of sabbatical than I anticipated. 
Hello again everyone. I know I dropped out of contact completely over the summer and for that I have to apologise - I started taking a step back from active posting to concentrate on getting some writing done and then the needs of work and life do what they always do. It was a pretty tough season - after five months abroad, you need a holiday!
In any case, I'm glad to say that I can now rejoin the community, I hope that everyone has been well while I've been away. Good to see you all again!
