I never have any free time, so I don't know how often I'll be able to make it to this forum, but I am an animation student, and I would love to draw your characters! It's good practice, taking others words and turning it into a person without loosing the original soul, so tell me when I mess up, 'kay?

I'm a super big fan of the first season of this show, but I'm embarrassed to say that because I rented the boxed set from a friend who had no idea what this was himself, and because the box wasn't labeled "Season 2" or anything, I didn't know it continued! I was addicted immediately though; I watched it all in one day...then I did the same the next day.

Anyways, all I'm really trying to say is that I have ADD (hence the lack of congruence in my writing -meds wore off hours ago), I am quite extroverted (hence the rambling), I haven't watched/read the whole series yet (so mark spoilers as such - PLEASE!), and while I take pride in being a professional nuisance, I try to choose my battles wisely, so tell me if I'm being a ...lady dog... on accident. *Smile*

Oh, and by the way, when I say "Dueling cane" as my favorite weapon, yes, I do mean the assisted walking device, which I happen to be personally trained in as a weapon, and I have found it to be the most versatile tool. I am also a brown belt in tae kwon do (one away from black - I haven't tested yet, so wish me luck!!!) and I am a purple belt in hap ki do ("harmonious way," I believe it translates to. It's a lesser known martial art, also Korean, that focuses on an escapist or trapper's standpoint, rather than an all-out aggressive one. In English, I just mean that I'm good at avoiding people, but I'm also good at making sure they can't avoid me if I don't want them to) (purple belt is almost literally the halfway point). I have also been training in bo staff and knife defense and offense for three years. I say all of this because I want to be an action/fight scene specialist when I become an animator, so even if I can't make a full-out animation for you, tell me what cool fight scene you have in mind, and I might be able to help you revise it/make it look cooler/storyboard it!

One final, important note about character design artwork! With your permission and understanding, I will also be posting the artwork for your character in two other places. 1) I am an animation student who has a private, school-run website we call our "digital sketchbooks". This is to a) show that we're working in and out of class and b) show our character-rendering abilities. We are given grades on the batches of artwork we post. Note that we have to detail our "influences," and obviously, since YOU, dear reader, are the master designer, you will be listed as such! I do not wish to share this information with people I have never met in public. I'm sure you understand.

I'm really happy to find how welcoming this forum has been. Apparently, it's been going on for a really long time, so I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to fit in exactly, since everyone already has their own characters and inside jokes.

Originally, I just came on to draw other people's characters, but I suppose I might even post some of my own stories and fan art as well!

By the way, I have a deviant art page, but nothing posted yet. I'm working on it now, so when I get that all figured, I would be happy to redirect you to my site. I'm really excited about this forum; everyone has been so polite to me!

Yep... been here a while. The jokes are probably the least worrisome part. Conversations tend to get a little...wrong...at times.

We're dealing with brainwashed, adolescent female killers that are conditioned and converted to be mini-terminators: remorseless, dedicated to the point of self-sacrifice, and utterly ruthless.

What could go wrong?

I mean with conversation, that is.

In my defense, my "what could go wrong" was most definitely tongue-in-cheek.

My .signature is one I say a lot, especially when a coworker says "in theory," "hypothetically," or "it should work."

I am honored and thrilled with all the new requests I've been getting, and I have my hands full filling them! As excited as I am though, I really hope you can appreciate my conditions!

If you really, really cant stand the idea of me posting someplace else, fine. But understand that if it comes between me finishing your request and finishing another project I'm being graded on, I WILL focus on something else.

Oh! By the way, I have been doing a crazy ammount of concept sketches and brainstorming with some of my friends! In other words....drumroll please....it won't be long before I am posting stories of my own! Huzzah! I will try to make them in comic book style, or at least storyboard-style, or illustrated. I have some personal stuff coming up soon, though, so this wont be happening for at least half a month...

Well, keep the requests coming. A lot of really stressful s*** came up lately, and, like many artists, I'm afraid a lot of my art making is melancholic and fickle. When something upsets me, I either pursue or avoid it, and I'm currently doing both. So I will try to at least correspond with you by sending concept sketches, but just know that it will be a week or two before I will even have a stylus again.
