Seen it before... Wouldn't call it a ripoff, that's for sure.

Yeah. It sucks. Never mind.

I watched the original Japanese television broadcast and trust me, the only thing it has in common with Gunslinger Girl is females with guns.

Personally, I found it an average show. The action scenes were good, but otherwise it was mostly a moe comedy. On the plus side, it had very little fan service even though there were plenty of opportunities.
