Writing something, and I'd greatly appreciate some help

Since it's original fiction as opposed to GSG fanfic (and yeah I should work on that too) it goes here instead.

But yeah, I'm stalled on the second chapter as I've decided that it's just not good so far. It's kinda stalled out and I've decided it's too purple-y and not engaging enough. I'd like to figure out how I can fix this, but I've kinda come to an end towards that.

Show us what you've written, then maybe we can offer some constructive feedback.

That's true, but I've been advised that since I intend to submit this to publishers I shouldn't just post it on the internet so, tell you what, I'll PM it to you.
