Yeah, Russian is the master at building missiles. I seem to recall that Korea got some tech from the Russians to start with. but I am not sure on that.

Seeing as the Russians are Superior in that respect, you cant blame them for their 'know it all' attitude in that regard.

I love how Japan looks like a bit of a lolli. What I love even more is how China doesn't care much for Korea's 'Emo bitching'.

Well the text is still accurate then. She said she's not talking to Korea no more. But talking and shifting notes with information around behind everyone's back isn't the same you know

I was of the impression it was a cartoonists' take on North Korea's near constant threats of a nuclear attack on it's neighbors. Guess I read it wrong then.
