in episode 3 of season 1 when rico shoots that guys assistant in the head in the hotel he is still crawling around and she has toi shoot him again . what is up with that?

Just like in the 'No Russian' mission in MW2. You're make sure everyone gets some lead or Makarov will shoot you. Of course he ends up shooting you anyway, but it's only for the point of plot progression.

It was an important plot device because that was the delay which prevented Rico from getting out of there before Emilio showed up. If she hadn't paused to finish that guy off she would have been gone quicker and Emilio would have one less hole in his head.

Interesting "expanded universe" take on it. That would imply that Rico gave it to him in the chest rather than re-decorating the hallway with his the contents of his skull. Those brains are fairly important when it comes to throwing together a new cyborg.

One can survive a shot to the head depending on caliber, entry location and penetration. I can see the bullet lodging itself between the brain 1/2s, which is very survivable.

But like Morgan Freedman said in that movie that I forget- "3 to the head, makes sure they're dead!"

then he's the luckiest person on the face of the earth because that shot went in and came out perfectly (personally i kind of think it was bullcrap ,but i guess your right it served a purpose)

A human can function without their frontal lobe. Considering Rico's height (or lack there of), that is the most likely area she would have shot from such close range. There are a number of real life cases where people have been shot in the head and survived.

Very rarely will a bullet travel into and out of the skull if it hits brain, like it was shown in the anime/manga. I believe that bullet went right down the middle of the 2 halves and out the rear.

A sure killer shot would be 1 inch above the either eyebrow.

yeah i feel sorry for what it did to him sometimes ,he's got post traumatic stress disorder ,he takes 5 different sets of medication a day ,and some days he can hardly get out of bed or he'll get no sleep due to nightmare's ,im just glad he finally met someone who understands him. darlas a good women for him(the sad thing is i think i know what sent him over the edge but he wont mention it and you wont find this in any newspaper article or on the internet
