Heya, it's Five_X

Hey everyone, obvoiouslym I'm new here. There's not a whole lot to say about me; I like making mods for Fallout 3, watching anime, and other general geeky stuff.

The main thing I'm doing right now, is making a mod for Fallout 3 that adds Henrietta, Triela, Rico, Angelica and Claes as companions to follow you around the Wasteland. Right now, though, Claes doesn't follow orders that well, and you can't hire her because of an annoying glitch. That'll be fixed in the next update, which I'll upload once it's done, hopefully soon.

I also recently got permission from FUNimation to use audio clips of the girls' voices, so yeah. They'll be voiced. If someone who downloads this is good at making videos, that'd be great if you could make a trailer for it.

That's just the basics of the mod. I'll make a topic somewhere else here (where?) dedicated to this.

I'm using the mod now. Took some doing and there are still some textures I seem to be missing. Once I got some things done I'll upload a picture.

BTW: I've noticed that not all the girls (Triela, Rico, Henrietta, Cleas and Angelica) will follow you. There seems to be a companion cap of 4. In my game, Claes gets left behind at Ten Penny Tower, Then again, she was the last one I let join as my companion.

Hmmm... I cant get claes to move at all :/

She only keeps sticking around at Ten penny tower. Even if I use the radio to command her to teleport to me, she will simple walk back to Ten penny again.

Bug maybe?

I am also getting a lot of texture bugs... I guess I got some tuning to do to my install of Fallout 3, I've never used mods before with it...

Got the textures to work, but Claes still isn't moving...

Several notes about this mod:

To be able to do it, you have to download a little bit over 400 megs. that and you have to make sure that all the mods are in the correct order.

So far I've noticed that each of the girls has their own response. Right down to Henrietta crying when you tell her to leave you alone and wait for you at Ten penny tower. (Location where you can pick up the girls.)

Not a lot of sound coming from that because there is a lack of Dialog material but the combat effectiveness of the girls well make up for it. That and they are practically immortal. instead of dying, they just get KO, after a few seconds they stand up again with full health.

One sad part is that Claes doesn't seem to follow me still. Tried to look at the raw programming of the mod but I just cant find the problem. Maybe there is a limit to how many companions you can have but I dunno.

I also had to change Claes' glasses. The original ones she was wearing in game were positioned too high. actually, scratch that, It appeared as if her glasses were hovering above her nose and ears.

Other then that, I am very satisfied with this mod.

Eh, 400 megs? I counted it, and it comes to just about 100 - 150. The girls' guns are completely optional.

In the next update, Claes will be fixed, and all of the girls will have tons of new dialogue options and stuff, including:

-The ability to buy ammunition fror them (in dialogue).

-The ability to use skill books to increase some of their skills.

-They can repair your stuff, and you can find a book (1 for each girl) that increases their Repair skill to almost 100.

-A Praise/Reprimand system, so you can, y'know, praise or reprimand them.

-The ability to give each girl gifts. Angelica likes picture books, Claes likes regular books, Henrietta likes cameras, Triela likes teddy bears, and, because I couldn't think of anything, Rico likes hugs.

-A dialogue option to ask them their skills.

In the update after that, it will take a while, but I'll add voices, taken from the anime. I already have two clips ready, one where Henrietta says "Yes, sir.", and another where she says "Please don't keep me from working, it's the only thing there is for me to do!" to be used when you're firing her. It'll make you feel quite guilty.

Oh, and Tommygunner, you should add those pictures to the mod. Just click "Add Picture", or something like that on the mod's page. Oh, and what glasses did you have Claes wear? I want to change them to those. 'Cause I gotta change some scripts around so she'll unequip them when in battle, then re-equip after. After all, she has to be nice when she wears her glasses!

Also, I don't really have much to do now a days other then my own writing stuffs.
If you'd like I could start harvesting sound for the dialogs. I just need to know what sort of dialogs you are looking for. Maybe something we need to discuss over IM or the PM's. whatever tickles your fancy.

BTW, I've noticed some other behavior problems. I'll detail them in the PM as well.

If only I had the game to mod...
