In Long Island NY, we have Dr. Garand. A specialty shop just for Garand rifles. A cheap fixer upper there is a minimum $1200. A totally minted out one is $5000. Now if you're into Competition Shooting- a Competition Garand start at $10,000!

I checked Cabela's gun library for the Garand and they're all over $1000. But there is a really nice WW2 commemorative rifle by Springfield Armoury for $2500.

While the Garand was made by a Canadian, Canada didn't actually use it in anywars. We used the Lee-Enfield series, which I call the SMILE gun. Just 'cause.

The Comedian Don Rickles once said, "I'm an equal opportunity racist. I have jokes on just about everyone out there..."

I'm along those lines... Evil
