When Rico crazy!

You know,Rico were pressed by Jean's revenge mindset.

And oneday,when couple of this two killer going to operation. Without any sign before,Rico gone crazy and kill lots of Padania and other innocents!

Instead of mad to her,Jean please with her reaction and decide to use her new change all day and night.

Agreed. Jean is willing to accept some collateral damage in the pursuit of taking down terrorists, but indiscriminate killing would be unacceptable, if for no other reason that it would draw too much attention to the Agency.

Jean views the cyborgs as weapons. When Rico goes crazy, it means that she's out of control. That also means that she's unpredictable. If you were a soldier, would you want your rifle to go off randomly? Hardly (Don't laugh. You've never dropped a Sten Gun before). If you were a military dog handler, would you want your attack dog to go berserk?

The point here is that in Jean's eyes Rico is a weapon, and a weapon is useless if it goes off on its own
