Sad news.

Ok guys,

Now that I am home good and proper, I'd like to take the opportunity to tell you all something that's been keeping me busy for the last month or so.

For those that haven't noticed, I've deleted Sora's account in June. and as you may well know, Sora's account belonged to my wife Tsugumi and here is the reason why I deleted her account:

I am sad to say that on Saturday the 30 of May 2009, Tsugumi passed away.
She died in hospital from injuries sustained from a car crash.
She wasn't at fault in this crash, the other driver involved in the crash was completely to blame. Though I don't know who he is, I only know that he was drunk behind the wheel, early in the morning none the less. As I've heard, the guy was heading towards my home town, Tsugumi was heading away from Town to visit her parents. The other driver seemed to have drifted off to the opposite side of the road, landing right in front of Tsugumi's car which resulted in a head to head collision.

I am even more saddened to say that another life was lost in that crash.
As some of you may recall, Tsugumi was pregnant. In the hospital, I learned that our unborn 'Daughter' died instantly in the crash. She was crushed by the steering wheel at the moment of impact.

As for the other guy involved in the crash, I don't know what became of him. I know no name or what he received for his acts which caused the death of my beloved wife, I only know that he survived...

Tsugumi's body was taken back to Japan to be laid to rest on her home soil. I could barely afford to get myself a one way ticket to japan. and once I had paid my final respects, I had to work locally to earn myself a way back Holland.

And the rest is history.

The fact you erased her account really touches me,I still havn't erased my mom's workfile on her computer even though she passed away 3 years ago and it took me months to erase a friend's name from my phone's contact list after he died in a car accident.

That's horrible, Tommy.;_;
My step-dad's in jail for crashing into another car while drunk driving. He got out with minor injuries(arm in a cast), while the kids in the car he hit got major injuries. I don't know bad that is, but I think they were 6 and 9.

Words seem so inadequate to express the profound feelings of sadness that this knowledge brings.

I'm saddened to hear such news Tommy, you have my sympathies.

I can´t begin to imagine how you must feel dude, hang in there.

My shock and sorrow at this tragic development are still as strong as they were when you first broke the news to me, Tommy. You will always have my sympathy and support.

And... I don't know what to say myself. Some people where in on it from the start of things. Nachtsider and boomer are two of them. But I couldn't bring myself to reveal this to everyone while I was still in Japan because of reasons I don't wish to get into.

But, Tsugmi... She was the one who brought me happiness. I truly have never known happiness before I met her, and now that she's gone. I don't really know what I'll do with myself.

I am trying to move on as much as I can, because I am sure that she would have wanted that. But... I doubt that I'll be in a relationship again any time soon. I don't have any friends near me. the only people I can consider my real friends are all you guys and the guys I know on other communities I roll with.

I've also been in many communities where some of its members have passed away. because of either natural or unnatural causes. However, the people I lost there weren't so personally involved as Tsugumi.

I've never been one to have the proper words for something like this. The best I can do is offer up an ear should you ever need to talk. Isolating yourself is the only way to make something like this harder on yourself, so please, don't be afraid to come to any of us.

Oh big brother... I'm so sorry. I can't even think of anything to say the cheer you... I'm so very sorry.

Wow, I don't even know what to say. I'm sorry for you. No one should have to suffer through that kind of loss.

My condolences on such a sad happening. I do not mean to sound cliche and saying this, but live on I'm sure she would like to see you enjoying life. The memories you have of her will last.

its good that you are talking about it it makes you feel better sometimes. maybe you should go visit some of those friends and such but remember to have time to meditate.



.....im not good at stringing my sentences nicely as others. but im sorry for your loss and hope that you may recover (not that you've fallen ill...have you) to a state that your wife would like to see.

In talking with you, Tommy, and sharing my experience when something similar happened to me many years ago, all I could say then was to stay strong. I still will repeat those words because you have a long road to recovery. What friends you have- here online and in RL will be a great help for you. You just need to let us know what you need and we'll do what we can for you. Thats what friends are for.

I'm a nice guy, and I take care of my friends. A shame that no one wanted to be my friend in any of the neighborhoods I've lived in. They only sought to screw me over.

But I think its better this way. being a Loner I know that I can blindly trust in 3 people, "Me, Myself and I". Not really entertaining company, but its better then getting fucked in the ass out of any abusers of the friendship and loyalty I offer.

I'd like to take your advice to heart but, there are other implications which makes you advice a little too impossible to follow. Finances are one side of that. The other I cant really get into.

But even though a fresh start seems like a good Idea, I deem it as a waste of effort. I've done this fresh start some 4 times over already and nothing good became of it.

instead of buying yourself a new home in a new place try buying something cheaper...if you must buy....

i dun know maybe you could get something you always wanted or maybe something you had to sell a long time ago


it dosent always have to be bought but when i had my first death in the family it helped to keep a little busy with a hobby....but then the nights where i had to sleep were bad it was hard to sleep because i wasnt paying enough attention to the death during when i was being busy and had not yet come to terms with it because i ignored it and now there was no way to ignore it......maybe going out right now isnt such a good idea.......i had to go to school when i lost a family person ....my parents.....they made me go to school ...meh well thats enough emotion swallowing to last a lifetime.

Well, aside from my being sorry for you (I can't even begin to imagine what would happen to me if I lost my girlfriend...) and that, as others have said, I'll be happy to do what I can to help if you need it. But you're a strong person, Tommy, you can get through this.

I know I'm only new here.... but for what it's worth you have my condolences.

Drink driving is my #1 unforgivable road sin... it's the one where you have 100% control over whether you do it or not and it's the one that no amount of skill or experience can counter. This isn't however the place to have a rant.

Again I'm sorry for your loss (ugh! that just sounds so... inadequate an expression).

I don't even know what to say. I only talked to you guys a few times, her maybe twice..or maybe even only once. I don't know what to say, this is very sad.

I'm quite perturbed by your saying that you had to work for your flight back to the Netherlands, Tommygunner. Weren't you given any support by your wife's family?

No they didn't. To all of her family but one, I am considered an outcast. The one person that didn't consider me an outcast happened to be a priestess. Funny as hell seeing as I don't really buy into the whole religion thing at all. But I guess its better then a kick in the nuts I suppose.

The last involvement I had with the whole family was the funeral service itself.

After the funeral service, I just called my employer and they picked me up. They provided me with a place to stay while I worked for them. I don't want to discuss the full details but... I acted as a temporary live in bodyguard until a more permanent replacement was found for the job. Thank god nearly everyone I encountered spoke or at least comprehended some basic English.

Just looking intimidating by nature did more then half of the work for me.


but as to the reason why they would fuck me out like that I don't know, but I try not to think about it too much.

My belated condolences, Tommy. I've chatted with Tsugumi a few times and she was nothing but a fun person to talk with.

So far I am managing to move on, but it hasn't been easy yet...

I sadly still don't know the identity of the guy who was the cause of all this. And I know for certain that no one who knows would tell me either because they fear that there is a possibility that I'd probably end up killing the guy myself.
