Moving out.
So by this time tomorrow, I will be living with Rebecca in her apartment.
Dunno when I'll have the internets hooked up, but it should be around 2 weeks from now.
Now where did I put that SNES...?

Re: Moving out.
Jeez, this place really died without me around, eh?
Anyways, I'm at my old place to pick up a few things and I thought I would update:
- The place is now fully furnished, save for a proper dining table (we have a plastic one for now)
- I found my SNES! Fuck yeah, Turtles in Time!
- No more brown eggs...!
- I looking to get a part time job at DCMA where my dad works. Hopefully it goes through, because I feel like such a fucking bum right now.
- Most of our neighbors are gay... literally. Not that there's anything wrong with that, since we happen to live in the "gay" part of Long Beach (Where the annual Gay Pride Parade takes place), but that's fine; gay people are really friendly.
- I started an herb garden... not THAT kind of her, but so far I have rosemary, thyme, basil, sage, and parsley. I need some green onion and maybe a pepper plant.
- The third or so day we started living together, Rebbeca thought she was pregnant... turned out to be false, thought. I ain't ready for that shit...

Turtle Power!
Tell me you have the original StarFox for that thing. With mine, it's that and Actraiser.
also, if you vacuum up herb garden leavings in the fall (and keep em), you usually wind up with some interesting and unique potpourri.

I might be doing the same pretty soon. My landlady is pissing me off. I've told the landlady that the roof leaks for a bit over a year now. I patched it up, but I told her the patch was only temporary and that the roof had to ultimately be replaced. She's dragging her feet and I'm seriously looking into livinginaslightlybetterslum.

Whew!
- Still no internetz at my place (feels weird to have a place to call my own...)
- Still no job
- Had a party yesterday. Kind of a long story... maybe Becks can fill you guys in later.
- Rebecca actually said she misses this place. Weirdo...
- I, on the other hand, enjoy being without the internetz. Gives me more time to do other things like work out, or maintenance on our cars or the house.
What's up with you guys?

Re: Moving out.
Updates (if anyone cares, lolololololololol)
- Becks and I decided that we don't need internet service. I only need it for school stuff, and I can do that at school.... that, and it was either internet service, or HDTV service with free Showtime, HBO, and other movie channels... Gotta have my Weeds...
- I lost around 50lbs since I moved out... I'm wearing the clothes that I wore in Highschool (had to go find them at my parent's house), and I had to stop wearing my favorite pair of jeans (Size 46 jeans... my god...). I now have a mixture of old and new clothes for my wardrobe, and can happily say that i don't have to spend an extra $2 or $3 for XXL shirts.
- I FINALLY beat Hard mode (Route 3) of StarFox without dying.
Edit: Been away from here for a few days and I already forget the smiley... Somebody do me a favor and find some more of these? Weed related, preferably, but doesn't have to be.

Nice job man. I only which you where around more though.
But It cant be helped I guess. Living together with the people you love will leave you to some hard choices. But I am glad to hear that you are happy with the choices you took.
BTW: When can we expect to see photos of a little Ryan or little Becks?

Oh, and keep the pants and the clothes. Cause in a few years if you plan on having little sin(s), you might 'whump' again. Males tend to be like that when married and have kids strangely...don't know if its real fact though.

Not necessarily bro. I was active as hell, ran all over the place but even that didn't help to stop me gaining a fair bit of weight.
Its normal to happen, but sadly the only real way to loose that extra weight was for the baby to be born. But yeah... you know how that one ended for me...

Hmm...that's true. I guess if you stay glued to your seat (or taking desk-jobs) for too long and eating chips, junk food and the likes then its no surprise people gain weight. Do you exercise Nacht-sen? You have wife and kids right? Right? I mean, I do heard that married men tend to get...lazy after they have a wife. Is that true?
I saw to-san's (my dad) photo when he was still in college. He WAS skinny...then he got married. Then ka-san gave birth to me. Then he got fat. He's working as an accountant so I believe that's desk-job stuff...
One lesson I learn: Don't take desk-jobs. When I'm done with college/uni, I'm going for the JSDF (go back home), the Marines (if I can get into the US Armed forces), or missionary. Eitherway, its no desk-job. I can't stand sitting all day in a lonesome desk doing whatever crap...I prefer to get stuck on patrols for weeks end eating crap food.
...on the other hand, taking jobs as kindergarten teacher doesn't sound so bad at all...hmm...
ANYWAY! Sin-pai, if you do have little sin(s) EXERCISE!!!!!!! XDDD

Re: Moving out.
Well, Tommy, the vigorous activity has to be accompanied by modest eating in order to take effect. Did you do this?
Yes, Panzer - I have a wife and kids, and I exercise daily. Sit-ups, squats, weight-lifting and martial-arts moves, in two daily sessions of half an hour each.
About men getting lazy after marrying their wives, I suppose that might apply to some marriages where the wife is a homemaker and does a significant share of the household chores, but certainly not to others. Take mine, for instance. Considering my wife and I are parents and students, and I also work to supplement what small allowance my family gives us, we're both kept pretty occupied, and all chores we split evenly where I don't volunteer to shoulder more (much to my wife's chagrin - she always chides me for trying to take too great a share, but that's just how I roll). I believe my marriage has actually made me a busier man than I ever have been.

My eating pattern hasn't changed one bit during all that. And on top of that, I'd say that I was actually more physically active for the whole duration of her Pregnancy. Towards the sad ending, I was a bit overloaded with stuff because Tsugumi wasn't really able to do the house hold chores we shared.

But wouldn't it be cute Sin-pai? I mean, life creating another life. Its all-natural and its a cycle that will repeat itself to eternity!
...unless we grew tired of the messy process and revert to cloning in 50+ years time...hehehe

Wait, wait, so university/colleges accepts student-parents? Wouldn't it be extra-extra tiring with taking care of kids then go to college/uni or the likes?

Re: Moving out.
Well, now you understand how busy the life is. And yes, universities and colleges do that. At least my wife is largely exempted from actually going for classes; most of her coursework she accesses via her university's online learning system.
Everyone says I seem so much older than I really am. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

YO
- Back to school. My 6th and FINAL year of college began today. The heat wave didn't help at all, nor did the fires happening to the North.
- There's a brown spot on my shoulder... t appeared after I spent a day at the beach...
- I'm trying to limit my weed smoking. This is the most important semester ever, and I gotta concentrate. That, and I kinda spoiled myself silly this summer, so I'm gonna cut back.
- For the past 3 or so years, I've been sick to the first day of each semester. Today was no exception. The fires made breathing a lot harder, too. Another reason to cut back on smoking...
- So I gained a few pounds ever since I developed a sort of Tendonitis in my left knee (did I mention that?). Went from 265 to 270 in 2 weeks. Not good at all... My dad says it'll last MONTHS and that I just have to grin and bear it. It's actually not that bad now, but walking is still difficult.
- "You-know-who" is in 2 of my classes. Fuck.
- Speaking of "You-know-who", Rebecca and I had a long chat about her. Harsh things were said, but things worked out, I think. Not good... my fear is coming true.
- I still haven't found a job. Haven't been looking since I fucked up my knee, but by the look of things, my chances aren't getting any better.

That's what Graduate School is for! Seriously, B.S. and B.A. degrees are becoming far too common, so you really can't claim anything substantive unless you have a higher degree -- though graduate degree does require being able to enjoy being an indentured servant.

Damn....that's so true it hurts T.T (currently an indentured servant). Though lately with the bad job market even people with higher degrees are having a tough time.

Yeah, or they're having to settle for the lower end jobs, which in turn hurts my chances. I don't have a single doubt in my mind that I'm probably fighting with full fledged sys admins for Tier II tech support positions.

Re: Moving out.
What really sucks also is that in such times, people will start their own businesses when they themselves can't find work, like what happened in the 80's. Many of those businesses are still going strong.
But this time around, the banks aren't lending money to anybody(big business, small business, decades old corporation...NOBODY) and from what I can see, it won't be long till big names like Bank of America and Wells Fargo face inquires from the SEC due to their throttling the flow of money. According to the Bailout rules, that's a big no-no.

Re: Moving out.
Got me one of them there "Jobs".
lol
Working as a lab assistant at school... My boss is hard of hearing, so I'm practically screaming everytime I talk to him.
Might get me on of them intranet connections sometime soon, too...
