I totally woulda lost the ten bucks in your shoes, tsu.
My instinct is to keep that thing as far away from me as possible, and I don't have any orbital weapons, so...
I mean, I may be able to watch Two Girls, One Cup and react about as much as a bronze statue of Stephen Hawking... but that otaku...girl...thing... that was too much (and yes, I believe the thing is technically female).

Let me borrow your CZ 75 then. I'll finish the job, I know how to deal with these things. I survived my college's anime club.

Nah, how about psychological torture? Tie him down, get a burning barrel, and burn up every single bit of anime merchandise that he has while forcing him to watch. Better to leave a guy like him mentally scarred than physically beaten.

700!?
That's huge 0_0
My maximum one (a Thompson SMG) is around 320 FPS but is tuned for a high fire-rate. Excellent for close-quarters encounter
...actually, its also good for pinning some guys behind cover in out-door forest-oriented terrain too...
The other one I have in the club is an M16A1 Vietnam-version which goes about...450 FPS.
But 700??? That's insane!! Still, that'll be nice to hold and use on that kid :p

now imagine your 6mm plastic BB is a .177cal brass BB, and up the FPS to 930.
this is the sort of thing my brother and I grew up shooting each other with (course, ours had no CO2 canister, they had a pump grip to compress air with... and we could go higher than 930FPS...)
as tsu said:
only 541FPS, but 600 rounds per minute full-auto with a 400-round hopper.

Yeah, Watership Down wasn't the fun, bunny rabbit movie that most people expected. It was somewhat toned down compared to the book but it's definitely not a movie for little kids.
I just noticed that it is being re-released on DVD next week in the US. Unfortunately, it is not in widescreen.

I have a copy on VHS. The new DVD is supposed to be the "deluxe edition" (which means it will have some featurettes & a storyboard comparison with the film). It only has a single DVD. One web site said the aspect ratio was 1:33, another said that it was 1.78:1 (it was released theatrically at 1.66:1). Most web sites give no aspect ratio information for the DVD. I may have to wait until the DVD hits the stores before I buy a copy: I don't want to buy the DVD if it is going to be full-frame.
Disney is re-releasing Sleeping Beauty next week in a Platinum Edition. I already have that one on order.

3 words for you "I Eat Rabbits" after i shoots them with my wepons. i think its wrong to shoot anything you dont eat unless its a pest like rats and mice this bb gun is also very good for killing rats and mice i just sit and zero my scope then i wait for mice and plug them or hit them with a shovel either way they are dead.

I generally hunt rats with my chinese straight sword (and my dog)... I should probably get a projectile weapon that makes less of a boom than my .40 and is deadlier than my paintball guns... all of my blowguns and BB/pellet guns are rusted into uselessness..

A .22LR would be better for rats... but it's still technically illegal to discharge in my back yard unless it's in defense of my life.
I'm thinking an air rifle... or just keep on with the sword, it's effective enough.
I will get a 9mm someday, though (another CZ, since I already have so many mags for 'em, and they accept both rounds just fine)

The thing about 9mm as opposed to .22 LR is that you can use the 9mm for heavier work than killing rats. Whereas a .22 LR would be limited to hunting and plinking, if you ask me.

already got .45s for heavier work... that's my caliber of choice, and I'd use it on rats if it wouldn't get me in trouble (that would be fun )

my air gun is around 15 years old i regularly take it apart lube the seals and do overall maintenence to keep it running smoothly as the day i got it. the thing is as soon as i get a gun of any type i like to take it apart and see how it works then make it better.

We could always sick the killer bunnies of Water Ship Down on it. Perfect thing for a front page article: Anime geek brutally attacked by bunnies.

Comments : To those who don't know me, I've been a Cyborg Central member since 2008 and used to assist in scanlating chapters for the Gunslinger Girl manga when it was still being published in Japan. Now, I just tend to drift around in here now and then depending on whatever random impulse implores me to float back in here. Maybe I'll stick around, maybe I won't. Depends on what real life and the Internet implore me to do.

'Life of Brian' is good, but it's not Python at their very best.
