Cyborg Central Skype Get-together!

So as discussed in the thread about me and Il Direttore meeting up, a "conference" isn't going to be the most...easily accessable option

A large skype call is.

So, we need to decide a date, time and get everyone's skype Username.

As for me. Anytime after 4-5pm est during weekdays and nearly all day on Saturday. Sunday isn't an option.

I'm 13 hours ahead of the Eastern US, and I tend to have it on in the evenings 7-9pm week nights my time, but I'm more free on the weekends.  Just leave me a message.

Well for me the weekend would be best given that I am 13 hours ahead of the east coast of the US right now.  So Friday night would be sat morning for me, and Saturday night would be Sunday morning.

I can go until about 10:20PM EST. I have an anime night event I run for my clan. We're watching K-On! and I'm running it tonight so I have to be on and let people know about links and such to watch.

Honestly I won't be able to sit though it. It's way too soon. I popped in to the RT podcast tonight and they were talking about Monty. I had to stop watching after 2 minutes because I burst into tears. I defiantly need a comedy.

Skype join link. It only works for me (on Win 8.1) when I open it in IE.  Chrome and FFox don't like it.

In case anyone accidentally leaves the Skype chat (as I did by accident last night) and is new with using Skype (as I am), here's a handy way of rejoining the group conversation.

1) Assuming you're on the Windows client, click on the title of the conversation you had just left. It will launch a "Group Profile" window.

2) In the "Group Profile" window, click on the little chain icon next to the title. It will copy the conversation link.

3) Paste the conversation link in the address bar of a web browser. This works for Internet Explorer and Firefox in Windows 7 as far as I know, and in Internet Explorer in Windows 8.1.

4) Start chatting again!

Also, taerKitty above left a Skype link to the current conversation, so you can skip steps 1 and 2.
