10th of April, and it's snowing. I shoveled my drive yesterday. Next week, likely, I'll be raking in shirtsleeves with dandelions popping up all over the lawn.

Orange, I have decided, is best suited to sitting inside, in front of a fire, looking at weather you'd rather not interact with. Wet, cold, and windy. Good GT driving weather as well...

Beautiful day: sun, breezy, low 70s. Spend much of it out in the back with the dogs. Gathered deadfall from the trees and built a fire that lasted all afternoon. Grilled brats for dinner. Feels like spring is finally here.

A week ago, the temperature at noon was 5 degrees F. This morning on my way to work, it was 52. When I came out of work this afternoon, I had to broom snow off my car and scrape ice.

Fortunately warm(er) than the snow and single-digit (°F and °C; didn't really matter) temperatures we've been experiencing the past few weeks. High 30s to mid 40s °F the next few days.
