Voodoo and Elfen - NYC 08/10

Damn- lost the camera, found out my little girl had it. So this comes a week late.

Sometime Last Week, 08/24/10, 5pm... Voodoo and Elfen met up and spent time together.

Talk, dinner as some grub hole called Burger Heaven, and a bit of driving around was the basics of the late afternoon. But alas, there is only one piece of evidence to be found

About time you East Coast slackers got together.

And New York survived a Cyborg Central get together... well that's promising for any further meetups

Yes; the great Cyborg Central East Coast chapter meeting ended up having a total attendence of two, which ties us with Kisk & Sakura's West Coast event, and those times 47ness has met fans at the art conventions.

That said, I can highly recommend Elfen as a New York City tour-guide...even if I'm also originally from NY (albeit upstate) myself. Highlights included the hospital where Elfen was born, the school where he works and the "Leaning Tower of Harlem."

I'm eager to do it again soon...hopefully we can lure in a few more participants next time!

Unfortunately, the camera did not survive being in my little girl's possession (though its repairable and I might try to fix it). So it will be a while if I fix that date/time on that or its replacement camera.

So while we wait for the West Coast... Next MAJOR East Coast Meet Up will be The NYC Comic & Anime Convention @ Jacob Javitts Center! Cherubino and Triela- You two BETTER BE THERE!!!

having that picture taken might have pissed you off a bit Elfen, considering your eye condition and all.

Only thing good about old age is that you get used to pains that haunted you in the past. It was a nice cloudy day so I didn't need the glasses like I used too.

Unfortunately, my little girl borrowed the camera; she returned in pieces, which is why she held it for so long. Its fixable; just need some epoxy to glue it together.

Oh ouch...

Well working with Epoxy is a bitch, I can tell you that much

Just waiting for the time to actually do it since it going to require all the concentration in the work to get it fixed again!
